deleting more than one file

im using alfresco 2.1. I can only delete one file after the other in a space. Is there a way to mark several files and delete them all at once? It is much work do do it one after the other.
And I dont want to delete the whole space where the files are in, just some of the files in it.

You could write a script that would delete them for you, or use CIFS to delete files in bulk.

Thanks for reply. I just found it a bit strange that I have to write a script to delete multiple files. Such a basic task should be already a buildin functionality in Alfresco.

How can I configure CIFS? In the documentation was written that i have to configure hostname and domain but i dont know what to put in here. I work in big company.
