Default Page for Each OU in AD

Hi everyone.

Can someone help me with my goal in Alfresco
I configured authentication with Active Directory,
And now i need to make Default Page for each Ou in AD is it possible ?
And one more question is there way to customise "https://my.alfresco.com" so when im browsing in it will open "https://my.alfresco.com/share/page" login page.
And when im browsing created sites in Alfresco so it would have "https://my.alfresco.com/share/page/site/SITENAME/dashboard" instead just "https://my.alfresco.com/SITENAME"

There is no way to specify default page for all users?
