Database upgrade script 5.12 to 5.14

I noticed in the difference between create scripts of 5.12 and 5.14 that the column ASSIGNEE_ in table ACT_HI_ACTINST has moved from NVARCHAR2(64) to NVARCHAR2(255).

But there is no corresponding upgrade script. Is this intentional?

This is specifically for Oracle database.

Correct, that's not intentional and it's already a JIRA issue for 5.15. It should cause no harm by default though.
