This is really a loaded question. Do you have a use case of how you want to use DAM system with Alfresco?
Alfresco reading from DAM, or DAM reading from Alfresco, for example? Tell us what you want to do please.
I am not aware of any specific productized integrations (but I am not omniscient :-), so there are probably some).
That said, alfresco definitely supports some DAM functionality, and we are working on more (such as thumbnails service coming in 3.0, for example). We have customers using us in a light-weight DAM functionality, and I woudn't be surprise if some partner created a DAM offering around alfresco - the core product should have quite enough in it to allow developing such module.
