Cyrilic on logon screen

Hi,
which file i must edit to display Serbian cyrilic on logon screen of Alfresco Explorer.
I know that is UTF-8 encoding, but in which section of file i must do this, and where is that file (location).
Now, on logon screen instead cyrilic fonts i got question marks ?????.
