Customizing Search Results

Hi ,

We want to customize our search results , so that the View Details,Edit properties etc. options will appear for all the search results , the way they appear for all documents under Document Library.
Please suggest a solution for this issue.

there are already few actions available in the search result like
view in browser,download, direct link to document.
Actually it will be visible only for the documents as when you search in repository it will search for calender events and all other things for which some the actions are irrelevant.

Hi Mits

If I am not wrong "What Elcina need" is that to bring the action list for the documents and folders in search result page.

To comment on your second point, those few actions are also available for "All Site" search not only for "Repository"

Exactly , Govinda is correct. We want to implement that.

Well I am not saying that it is not visible for All Sites search result its just I am giving example that when you select repository it will fetch all the related items from the repository where for some of the items these actions are irrelevant so it is not shown with those items.
