Customizing Document Upload with Assign Workflow

How to customize assign workflow functionality while uploading document in share application.

We have two different webscript services, how can we combine into one webscript?

I am confused because you started out talking about assign workflow and then shifted to combining web scripts. Can you provide more specifics about what you are trying to do, errors you are getting, things you've tried thus far, etc.?
