How can I create a custom type of space? We want to add some custom properties to a space.

Best regards,
Johannes

Has anyone heard any updates regarding that JIRA? Doesn't appear it's been touched in over two years.

Has this requirement been rolled into Share? I see the same basic issue over there, but I could easily see the update landing in that codebase before the Alf Explorer codebase.

I think many people should have faced this issue. ¿Can anyone help me with this?
One possible solution could be:
Basically, the create space wizard and dialog should do what create content does and show the set properties dialog immediately after the creation process completes (so that rules can run on the new space)
But I don´t know how to do it.
I'm using Alfresco 3 Labs.

Thank you very much.

Hi,
I configure web-client like we specifying above, but the "Space Wizard" don't work for me.
I don't see errors, but I don't see the model specified in web client.xml in the list of model.

web-client-config.xml
    <config evaluator="string-compare" condition="Space Wizards">
      <folder-types>
         <type name="cm:folder"
               description="KT Space"
            display-label="KT Space" />
      </folder-types>
   </config>

Please, Help me!!

I have implemented the whole istructions in this thread and I was able to add custom spaces in Alfresco Explorer.
Share is showing me all the custom metadata I added.
Now, how can I create a custom space directly from Share?

Thankyou
Alessandro
