Custom tables in Alfresco DB

Can we create tables in alfresco database and expose the data in the tables through Java backed webscripts for CRUD operations?

Hi,
jub, alfresco is using custom tables in Activity Service. They use iBatis as OR-Mapper…
You can simply add a patch or automatic bootstrap to create your table. Rest is standard java/Alfresco development.
