custom model or metadata field ?

Do you know that Where is alfresco save metada fields??
For example; oracle UCM is save it in docmeta table in DEV_OCS shema.

by the way i am trying to use enterprise 3.4.

The metadata will be saved in the Alfresco schema.      But you should not really be concerning yourself with the private implementation details of Alfresco.
