Custom html dashlet?

Is there a custom html dashlet out there that would allow me to use my own html within a dashlet?

There is the web viewer dashlet as standard that lets you display any web page within it.

If you want static HTML, just put it in the dashlet html.ftl files. Dashlet content is html.
