custom action

Hi All

I want to make a custom detailed UI action "Archive" in document library list under the more section after move-to ,copy-to etc. But i don't know how to execute this action. I have made an action in more section by the name Archive but its not doing anything when clicking on it.

So, please tell me what files  i have to make in order to make it working. I am using alfresco community edition 4.2c.
