Creating a Project with custom subfolders in 2.9B

Hi everybody,
during our testing of Alfresco 2.9B we have tested creating of the Projects spaces.

I have no idea how, (we have done some really bad stuff Smiley Happy ), but now when I try to create new Project there is always a structure of my custom folders and files - inside this new project under Document Library space.

The structure and content is the same as in one of the first projects I have been creating - there was an error during the creation (I do not remember what the error was about).

That directory has been erased long time ago, but all new Projects are created with exactly the same structure and files.

Is there any way how to SET THIS structure (could be a great functionality), or we just screwed it up? Smiley Happy

Best regards,

Daniel

A new project is created by copying the Space Template called "New Project" (in the Data Dictionary). Have you added content to the Document Library in there?

Thanks,

I expect the reason is that the first of my projects was called New Project and I messed up with actual tree position while coping the structure and files form other place..

which brings me the question.. is there any way to display whole "tree position"? (e.g.Company Home > Projects > project name > Document Library > common_files )

now there is something like "history links" at the top of the client window, but sometimes it is confusing.

You can see the path to your current node by going into the details page.

There's no "out of the box" way of showing that on the normal browse page instead of the history breadcrumb, however - although you could always customise code to do that if you like.

Thanks,
Mike
