create site link in welcome dashlet

HI Team,

Can any one help me out with disabling the create site link in the welcome dashlet board for non admin users. And also provide me the files to configure. I am using alfresco 4.1 enterprise edition.

You need to edit following file for that
<ALF_HOME>\tomcat\webapps\share\WEB-INF\classes\alfresco\site-webscripts\org\alfresco\components\dashlets\dynamic-welcome.get.html.ftl

you can directly add your link over there.
