create link or hyperlink to document in Alfresco?

how do we create a link or hyperlink to a document in Alfresco?  For instance to sit on the Windows Vista desktop?

Hi,

Create two spaces in Alfresco->navigate to company home-sites
Create any two folders Eg:

1)user1
2)user2

enter into user1-
select More Actions
In that Copy(option)
click on Copy

then enter into user2 there click on
More Actions-option(paste)

It will work
