Create folder using a custom template

Hi all,
I'm using Alfresco 3.4b.
I wonder if is there any way to  create a folder "using a template" from Share repository explorer, like into alfresco webclient. If so, what can I do to obtain this? (Think about create the folder structure somewhere like for the webclient…)

Anyone know if Alfresco has this feature planned for next releases?

Site Template feature is in Alfresco roadmap for Q2 2011.

You could write a business rule on creation of site under Sites folder.
Script could be used to copy predefined folder structure.
