Create dynamic space templates?

Hi there,
Is there a way if I create a space template with following example folder content:
-   Artifacts
-   Documents
-   Records
-   Notes
later, when I use the template to create the space, depending of the name of the folder where space is created (the parent folder), lets say “Projects 2009” and “Projects 2010”
to generate different structure:
Project 2009>New Space>
-   Artifacts
-   Documents
-   Records
Project 2010>New Space
-   Documents
-   Records
-   Notes

Can that be done with JavaScript, Rule or … ?
