Corrupted SVN

Hi everyone,

I've not been able to execute Alfresco project from SVN (svn://svn.alfresco.com/) since yesterday.

The reported error is a corruption in SVN file system; you can find

It sounds strange that noone else reported this error before me; can you help me? Any suggestion?

Thanks in advance,
Niccolò

Check your SVN client is up-to-date. I've just done a HEAD checkout and it's working as expected.

Thanks,
Mike

I updated everything and it's still blocking after about 530 MB download.

Did none of you face the same problem?

The other thing to try is a dedicated SVN client rather than an Eclipse plug-in (at least until you've got the initial checkout done). Suggestions are: TortoiseSVN, SmartSVN or simply the svn command line exe.

Thanks,
Mike

I am having the same issue. I have tried with Versions for mac and the command line svn client. This is the past few lines from the checkout:

A    HEAD/root/projects/remote-api/source/java/org/alfresco/repo/cmis/rest/test/PolicyTest.java
A    HEAD/root/projects/remote-api/source/java/org/alfresco/repo/cmis/rest/test/PolicyTest.applyPolicy.atomentry.xml
A    HEAD/root/projects/remote-api/source/java/org/alfresco/repo/cmis/rest/test/AspectTest.addAspects.cmisatomentry.xml
A    HEAD/root/projects/remote-api/source/java/org/alfresco/repo/cmis/rest/test/AspectTest.removeAndAddAspects.cmisatomentry.xml
svn: Corrupt representation '24000 0 72 5904 9548813b0d23af7e43e0926570f7f725'
svn: Malformed representation header

I have also tried on 2 different computers with the same error.

OK that's worrying then now it's been reproduced independently. We'll get someone here to take a look.

Thanks,
Mike

No news from Alfresco side?

Nope.   The Enterprise and Community mirrors are having problems.   Alfresco IT is aware of the problem.

It looks as if we hit a maximum limit on the open mirror due to some stalled processes.  We've cleaned those up which should fix this for you.
Enterprise mirror we are still working on, apologies for these issues, we are planning to migrate SVN to a more stable setup in the near future but cannot commit to dates.
