Convert a repo tier url into a share tier url

Hi,

I'm overriding the activity list webscripts to allow the document's folder being displayed together with the document name. What a get from the repo is the parent folder url into the repo tier format. Do you know how to translate this into a share tier url? (documentlibrary#filter=path)

In general the way to do this is to use the share proxy i.e. /share/proxy/alfresco instead of /alfresco
