I am using Alfresco Community 3.0 Lab. While starting the server i am getting the problem

Hi thank you so much for the reply. I am using the lastest alfresco 3.4 d with MySQL bundled with it.

Please let me know how to stop and restart alfresco as to take a back up it is a necessary step. Please let me know, Thank you

you can check the file alfresco-*.properties which is found in the shared/classes document for connection parameters.

what is the type of backup you need to take ? what is the OS you are working on ?
