Configuring TEST server for previewing,deploying IIS sites

After going through some posts in this forum i came to know that previewing and deploying of non-java sites can be done by using TEST server.
For previewing a dot net IIS site,how do i configure TEST server and where can find that TEST server?
I have gone through wiki article regarding TEST server but not able to figure out how the above said scenario can be implemented.
Could someone please advice me how to configure that

Deploy your WCM content to a file system target.   
Configure IIS to read the content of that file system target.

No you probably can't preview an IIS site in the Virtualisation Server.

I'm saying probably because depending on your requirements some clever person may do it.    But - test server deployment is probably one of your best options for IIS.
