Hi,

No, the Activiti Modeler is targetted at standard BPMN 2.0.
If you want to configure rules, the Activiti Designer is better suited.

And these are the details for installation

Name: Activiti BPMN 2.0 designer
Location: http://activiti.org/designer/update/

You don't see an Activiti project in the "new project" wizard?
Are you running Java 6 for your Eclipse environment?

Look into the error log of Eclipse to see if there are problems reported there.
Did you do a retry? Did you try it on the new Eclipse Indigo distribution?
