Community 4.2.e problem with share

I performed a fresh manual install of 4.2.e.
JDK 1.7.0_45 installed recently.

http://notebook01:8080/alfresco works and I can log in.
http://notebook01:8080/share does not work and just sits in the chrome web browser forever.

Are there any known issues with latest version of Java?

I do not think anybody has tried it yet as this alfresco version also released recently.
If you check your logs and post the errors you can see in the logs somebody might be able to help you out.
