Collaborators are not able to delete documents

I have several collaborators on the site but I've just been in touch with one (the first request) who wants to delete a document but doesn't see the option.

I tried to explain it in the file attached.

I assume cloud collaborators do have this option?

Hello,

cloud collaborators have that option only if they are the owner of the document(s) or have been explicitly given manager permissions on the document(s) in addition to their base role.
