CMIS and task Management?

Hello everybody,
I am working with CMIS Alfresco to integrate with another system. In short, I want to create a task (that of advanced workflow Alfresco) through CMIS, but I found that Version 1.0 of CMIS does not support this feature. Is there another way to do this while preserving the spirit of AtomBind :?:

hey,
I also want to investigate the task management, especially  jBPM, within the next few working days. I recognized, that there is already a model (alfresco/model/bpmModel.xml), which is also available with CMIS (got the bpm:task & bpm:workflowDefinition, when calling the type children service via OpenCMIS.
But i have to get into the bpm topic, i only heard about until now..
If i get something working, i will post it, but not before wednesday (i think); also have some other tasks  :wink:
