I am trying to solve the following problem.
We have a folder for incoming files that need to be classified/tagged ....
And moved to a different directory or deleted.
Unfortunately the standard role models only allow the site manager to do this.
My solution was to assign a file owner to the person responsible for processing the file.
I do this by setting the cm
wner property of the file.
Unfortunately this has no effect.
I do not want to change the creator of the file.
I would be grateful if somebody could point me in the right direction.
What value did you assign to cmwner? Does it match the user name to 100%? I have never seen any issues with cmwner "not working" in any Alfresco version, so my initial guess would be on some kind of mismatch / incorrect value application.
