CIFS on VMWARE! Possible?

Hi,

I'm trying to configure CIFS for Microsoft Windows that's running on VMWARE (Windows Server 2003) .. Is CIFS in this environment possible?

You should absolutely be able to do this..  It will take some VM configuration.

Here is an article that discusses setting up networking on a VM.  Once you have that set up you should be able to have access to cifs share (assuming your cifs is setup)
