CIFS 3.3g NetworkFile ...implement NetworkFileStateInterface

[loftux]

Hi,

Trying out 3.3g Nightly, and get the error "NetworkFile does not implement NetworkFileStateInterface" when first starting to browse the CIFS share. Never seen this error before. Machine is Ubuntu 10.04, 32bit.
Config is taken from subsystem properties file and pasted into alfresco-global.properties. Only change is to have CIFS run on non-privileged ports.

That seems to happend at random. One day, It's one user, the next day another one. When the user gets the error, it locks the file, which is very annoying. I'll keep looking and hopefully post my findings.

Checkout revision 20631 from head, and build Alfresco from that revision. It will have the fixes (and some others), so that may work for you.

If you don't want to start building Alfresco yourself, I think 3.4.a community is not to far away, and will have necessary fixes.

as i am very far away from being a developer, i am not sure wether this would be a good idea… would I get a WAR file from this or how would that look?

edit: I just compiled the alfresco-jlan.jar for myself. Would it be possible to use this instead of the alfresco-jlan-embed-3.4.a.jar? Does anybody know?
