Choosing under what menu to display an ActionExecuter

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to write and register three ActionExecuters - A, B and C
- such that:

A appears only in the Create Rule Wizard drop-down menu
B appears only in the Run Action Wizard drop-down menu
C appears in both menus

No, not out of the box.

To do this you'd have to customise the 2 wizards you mention.
