Changes in the working area

Hello,

I want to make some changes and I need some help…
I would like to do the following:
- add a new tab in the working area
- add a new content type or a specific form when somenone creates content(alfresco already has html/palin/xml text..)
- add a special kind of doc that someone could be able to edit. For example when the user selects the tab"create", there would be the choices " create content, create space, create special content, advanced space wizard"

What should I do ?

I appreciate any help in solving this issue.

Adding a new content type=Custom models: http://ecmarchitect.com/archives/2007/06/09/756 maybe just Aspects will do it.
Form:wizards (search in developperswiki)
If you mean with tab the icons on items or the options above, check for Action
