More details of your server setup will probably help. Is your server's IP address the one you are needing?

I'm asking you what kind of server are you using? Also, does your server have a fully qualified domain name? or are you strictly going to use an IP address? Does your Server have the IP 10.0.0.151 configured?
If this is a new installation of Alfresco why not just uninstall Alfresco and then reinstall it with the correct IP you want? You really haven't given much information for anyone to be able to help you.
