Change default number of tags shown in 3.2

We actually reply on seeing all tags instead of just the top 15, and it was brought to my attention by one of our users that it was changed in 3.2. Is there an easy way to change this back?

I have found a fix for this.

webapps/share/components/tag-filter directory contains two Javascript files that specify 15 as the default number of tags shown.

I changed the number to 100, and it shows 100 tags. So, change the number to whatever works and refresh the page and you'll see that number of tags.
