   Is Alfresco community v. 4.2.x certified to run on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 x64?

No.  I'm not sure Community is "certified" at all.

Enterprise 4.2 is for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4 x64

However saying that I'd be surprised if there was any problem.
