Category Creation error (Bugs?)

I got this error when try to create new category..

Error  Please correct the errors below then click New Category.

    * A system error happened during the operation: More than one root node? 2


is it a bugs? or am i missing something?

Hi,

Search for "More than one root node" in the forum posts.
You'll find some litterature about it.

In a few words, you have more than one alf_data folder in your system, and the only way to fix it is to restore a backup or reinstall all if you don't have a backup.
