Cannot remove invited member

Hi, just trialling the free edition. I invited a member as collaborator to my site. If I login as that user I can remove myself but I cannot remove the invited member when I login as the manager?? Is there something I'm missing?

Try to login as admin/site manager for that site and navigate to "Pending Invites" and cancel the invitation send out.
