Cannot find tools in Admin console

I installed alfresco community v4.0.0 a on win xp. I logon into alfresco with admin user and go to admin console cannot find a file server, email or IMAP. I wonder how to install them

They are already installed.   On Community you need to configure them through adding values to your alfresco-global.properties file.
