Hi all,
I have installed Alfresco CE 4.2.b in a Ubuntu 12.04x64 environment. The install is stable and catalina.out is clean.
Via Windows 7, I am able to map a network drive to http://serverip:7070/alfresco/webdav and am also able to browse the file tree.
However, when I try to create a folder or save content I receive "You need permission to perform this action" even though I am give my admin credentials.
I also have an Alfresco 4.0.c install operating where this does not happen.
Are there any config files or other settings I can compare between the two installs to find the right configuration for WebDAV in 4.2.b?

I am experiencing the same problem using Libreoffice to access a Webdav Alfresco Share in Alfresco 4.0.c. If I edit a file that has been created already, Webdav access works fine. But attempts to create a file or folder fail with a message that the 'file does not exist' (probably because the effort the create the file failed). There is no file created in Alfresco.
Can anyone provide any clues on how to fix this?
