Can we combine two or more amp files to create single amp in alfresco??

Can we combine two or more amp files to create single amp in alfresco.

i have one alfresco all in one project in eclipse.

and i have previously generated amp files, now i want to use those in current project.

and i want to create single jar file with all share side functionality.

is it possible to achieve this??

your answer will really help full.

Hi Deepak,

You can use different amps file by copying the share side amps file to {alfresco_installation_path}/amps_share and repo side amps file to {alfresco_installation_path}/amps, then use apply_amps.sh script at {alfresco_installation_path}/bin location to apply the amps files. After completing the above restart your alfresco and you should be able to see the changes.

For alfresco installation you can download the community version and install in your local.

NOTE: During applying amps some file might get overridden if they are present in two or more amps. Please make sure to avoid that.
