Can't Read Scoped Config webscript-framework-config-custom

I have a freemarker template that reads the Server scoped configuration from webscript-framework-config-custom.  On v3.2 it worked, but some parameters were not retrievable.  When I run it on v3.3, none of the configuration parameters can be read.  I always receive an undefined value.  Is anyone else having this problem?

Has anyone been able to use config.scoped["Server"].server to read the hostname?  See http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Web_Scripts#Global_and_Scoped_Config
