Can't get lock. Assume multiple reapers ...Warning?

Hi,

I setup Tomcat 6.0.29 (zip) on my Windows 7 64 bit machine. Once successful, i configured alfresco & share 3.4.6 in tomcat as per http://docs.alfresco.com/3.4/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.alfresco.Enterprise_3_4_0.doc%2Ftasks%2Fsimplein... with MySql db. Its working fine & i can access alfresco as well as share using http://localhost:8080/share.

Now i followed http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Web_Quick_Start_Installation_and_Configuration#Manually_installing_Web... and installed WQS AMP as well as war. Then i imported Givernment website into WQS.Its also working fine @ http://localhost:8080/wcmqs/ but i can see following warnings in logs.

WARN  [repo.avm.OrphanReaper] Can't get lock. Assume multiple reapers …

Can somebody help me on what these warnings are & why i am getting these warnings?

Any idea? Is it a product bug or misconfiguration?
