I have downloaded and installed Alfresco.  I created my first site and invited someone to use it.  The email invitation link refers to "127.0.0.1".  When the link is clicked it bring up the "cannot display the webpage" link.  If I substitute the server name (nch-docmgmt) for 127.0.0.1, it works.  I know I just have to change something somewhere, right?  Localhost???  I have spent a lot of time searching the config manuals.  What am I supposed to do?

Here is the first part of the link that is generated:

http://127.0.0.1:8080/share/page/accept-invite?inviteId=jbpm$2&inviteeUserName=etc

Hi cameron
Please check in alfresco global.properties.
you can change there for localhost.

Hi cameron
Please check in alfresco global.properties.
you can change there for localhost.

Thank you for your suggestion.  I am still stuck.  Not exactly sure what you mean.  I went into the global.properties file and substituted my server name for localhost in several places, but the email invitation that goes out still uses "127.0.0.1".  How do I get the email invitation to use the real server name??

I reinstalled and used the customized installation rather than simple installation.  It allows you to specify your domain name, rather than default to localhost.  Problem solved.
