Can't add a site user

I do not understand why I can not add users to a site. I go in the section "invite" but nobody is listed although I has created four users. It can be a configuration error? Here's my alfresco-global.properties:

You might want to also add the line
notification.email.siteinvite=true
to your alfresco-global.properties.

Also, on the "Invite" page, I believe you need to search for each user to get the users
in the list.
