Can I make diffirent form to same custom model ?

I have a custom model and I would like to  keep it and make different forms for this Model. is that possible ?.

Hi,

Yes it is possible to make several forms for a same type / aspect…
Each forms would be identified by an "id" then you shloud be able to call form using their id.
