call webservice problem

Hello,

I am new to alfresco and I want to do a call to a webservice of my own when a user makes a transition on a workflow.

How could I do it? Is there any example I can take a look at?

I need this urgently, so any help will be useful.

For simple workflow, you can create your own custom java action

For advanced workflow, jBPM supports the execution of arbitrary java within a process definition.

With either of these, you can call your web service using whatever tool you're familiar with.
