El pasado lunes me quede sin espacio en volumen del sistema operativo linux RH 6.5, realice espacio y reinicie la máquina. Al hacerlo no arranca Alfresco y en los log del tomcat me aparece de forma continua este mensaje

Podrías indicarnos exactamente qué eliminaste? Porque todo apunta a que haya inconsistencia en tu repo y la bbdd. A ver si podemos echarte un cable sabiendo lo que tocaste.
