Builtin rendering and form properties

Hi,

It seems that form properties are not seen by the builtin renderer ? This is a pity as I need to have a separate task before the user task which sets the process variables I need for the form. It would have been nice to create these process variables via form properties and have them expanded by builtin renderer.

Is my understanding correct ?

What built-in renderer are you talking about? Activiti explorer?

The next release of activiti-explorer will be able to render these properties…

I was referring to the renderer builtin to engine, based on JUEL I believe. I am using FormService.getRenderedTaskForm()

As stated in the userguide, you have 2 options on how to use forms: form-properties or built-in rendering…
