Bug: Subject is empty while sending email in Alfresco Labs 3

Hi,

I have found a bug in Alfresco Labs 3.

I'm getting email with empty subject. To solve this problem i deleted geronimo-javamail_1.4_spec-1.3.jar located in \tomcat\webapps\alfresco\WEB-INF\lib\

Is there a real solution for this issue which doesn't involve deleting the file geronimo-javamail_1.4_spec-1.3.jar?
