BPMN flow waypoints

Thanks for adding the bpmndi to the model. It appears that the transitions are not in the right place though and any intermediate waypoints are being ignored. Can these be fixed and added in? The generated diagram looks terrible if the flow isn't just from left to right in a straight line.
