I'm new to Alfresco, so I'd like to ask you some important questions:
I saw that it is possible to create Forum spaces… is it possible to create Blogs and Wikis too?

Blog and Wiki are standard features of Alfresco 3.0 using the Share client

How can I use the Share client? Should I download it separately? Is it open source too? I installed Alfresco-Labs-3b-OOo-Setup.exe

If you have followed the instructions for the installation, just browse to http://localhost:8080/share
The classic client, and where you still have to do some administrative tasks, is found at http://localhost:8080/alfresco

The license for Share is the same as for the rest of Alfresco, see http://www.alfresco.com/legal/licensing/

I have already share Client installed & I access my dashboard using the URL - http://machinename:8080/share/page/user/username/dashboard
Could you please let me know how do I access BLOG and WIKI if Alfreswco is installed on my machine & I access the site with the URL - http://machinename:8080/alfresco

Blog and Wiki are part of Alfresco Share (/share) not Alfresco Explorer (/alfresco).

From Share, create a new site from the My Sites dashlet and you'll find a Blog and Wiki page by default.
