Custom workflow using activiti

Hi,I have followed the below link.I have added the the aciviti plugin in eclipse 3.7 j2ee version from http://activiti.org/designer/update site.Now the activiti version is 5.9.3.But while i am creating new activiti diagram,only .bpmn file is created....

process terminated event?

Is there a way I can register an event handler with the process engine to get called whenever a process finishes?Currently I'm awkwardly polling the HistoryService for a given process ID to determine that a process finished.Thanks!-Max
